Week 1 - Pre-Season - Jackson Kornberg

VFL Head Coach takes us through what week one of Pre-season looks like, as well as the pre-christmas program. 

We speak about the list retention and how our new recruits are settling into life at Frankston. We speak about the competition as a whole and the influx of quality players across all stand-alone clubs. The increased alignment with the Dandenong Stingrays and how that is benefiting both organisations. 

The VFL team are training at the Healthy Futures Hub in Seaford on Tuesday - Thursday and Saturday Morning.
